Moody lapis lazuli beads of the purest midnight blue, a color deep and serene. The soft rondel beads are slightly irregular in shape. They are hand knotted on navy blue silk. The necklace fastens with a decorative 14k gold bead clasp, tube-shaped and slightly concave with a ribbed texture. Lapis and gold are such a luxurious combination, a pairing for the ages. Circa 1980.

Details.....The necklace is 25" long. The beads measure 5.mm in diameter. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it a part of the charm.
