Vannucci's founder and artisan, Justine, "graduated with a Fashion Design degree from Philadelphia University in 2009 at the height of the recession. With career prospects looking dim, she took on several different jobs, from tailoring uniforms at a casino to selling sewing machines at a fabric store. Suddenly, a new prospect popped up – the chance to work for an independent jeweler in the wholesale market. Although she didn’t have much experience in this field, the owner of the business worked with her apprenticeship-style so she could fit the position perfectly. Vannucci Ltd is her translation of a modern bohemian style, a way to express your individuality in a more curated way.   Her grandfather had a photography business for over 40 years under the family name “Vannucci”, and Justine decided to carry on this tradition.
